In case of cancellation by the participant:

an administration fee of 10% will be retained by VKI if the cancellation is made more than 5 working days prior to the start of the course
if the cancellation is made less than 5 working days prior to the start of the course, or in case of no-show of the participant, no refunding will be made by VKI

In case of cancellation by VKI less than 1 month prior to the start of the course, the participant registration fee will be reimbursed, but the incurred travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded
